Why Law?

Practically, there are very fewer students who aim for Law after Pharmacy in India. If you want to do Law after Pharmacythan it will give you many benefits compares to other students. You can get Jobs easily in legal departments of pharmaceutical companies that handle litigation against pharmaceutical companies.

one can get into the regulatory department of pharma companies as well as separate regulatory companies that handle the approval process of drugs. Apart from this, one can work for the government agencies like FDA (for the US), CDSCO (for India), etc. Specialization can also be done in Intellectual Property Right (IPR) laws after LLB/JD and one can work as a patent lawyer for individual scientists, research organizations or pharma companies.

Which Courses you should do- 

Well, there are several courses but you should do Diploma Courses to reduce your time and get Jobs Faster. You can do IPR diploma after B.Pharm/M.pharm instead of investing a period of 3 years of your life in doing LLB. It would definitely help you out but it's not mandatory to secure a good job.

After getting these degrees you will get jobs in Legal litigation and IPR departments.
