The Eligibility Criteria -

• People above the age of 60.
• People above the age of 45 years who have illnesses will also be eligible.

Registration Process -

Registration can be done in 3 ways:

Self - Registration:

on www.cowin.gov.in and the Aarogya Setu App

Onsite Registration:

This facility will be available in both government and private hospitals.

Facilitated Cohort Registration:

The State/UT health authorities will take the leads to mobilise the target groups.

Document Required -

• Aadhar Card
• EPIC
• The Photo Id Card specified at the time of registration in case of online registration ( if not Aadhar or EPIC )
• Certificate of Co-morbidity for citizens in the age group of 45 to 59 years.

Cost of Vaccination -

Free at the Government facilities and paid at private facilities.

The Centre has capped the price of Covid Vaccines at private hospitals at 250 rupees per shot.
